The Ministry of Human Resource Development of India recognises the NIELIT (DOEACC) ‘O’ Level certification as a one-year certification programme. The certification is equivalent to foundation level courses in Computer Applications and is offered through the NIELIT/DOEACC Scheme. The Computer Society of India (CSI) and the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) jointly organise the qualifying test for the NIELIT (DOEACC) ‘O’ Level certification (NIELIT). Candidates can earn an NIELIT (DOEACC) ‘O’ Level certification by simply completing assignments and passing the qualifying examination at BIIT, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. Working professionals can also take this exam if they have the necessary educational qualifications.
The NIELIT (DOEACC) ‘O’ level certification is also one of the requirements for registering with job help exchanges. Eligibility Criteria

OR Have a Government-recognized polytechnic engineering diploma after completing class 10 and concurrently enrol in an accredited ‘O’ level study during the third year of the polytechnic engineering diploma course.
After attaining this certificate, one can be a Junior Programmer, EDP Assistant, Web designer or Lab Demonstrator.
